<div><h3>About us</h3><p>Gold Care Homes is a well-established independent care home group for the elderly, employing around 2,500 staff across 45 care homes. We are seeking a CRM to build trusting and positive relationships with key stakeholders, community ambassadors, prospective residents, and their families.</p><p>You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing empathetic and supportive guidance throughout the journey of choosing a care home. You will be on hand to answer questions, offer reassurance, and support individuals and families through to their eventual move into one of our homes.</p><p>You will be an experienced sales professional, ideally with a background in complex or consultative sales within a target-driven environment. While strong sales capability is essential, your ability to demonstrate empathy and build meaningful relationships will be what sets you apart.</p><p>This role will support homes across the Southern region, including South East London, Chessington, Kingston, Kingston upon Thames, and Brighton.</p><h3>About you</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in targeted sales roles.</li><li>Ability to create and nurture relationships and referrals with key stakeholders.</li><li>You will have excellent IT skills and you will be familiar with using a sales CRM software package such as SalesForce.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Presentation skills.</li><li>Target driven and customer centric.</li><li>Empathetic and caring approach.</li></ul><h3>What you will be doing</h3><ul><li>Managing all enquiries professionally and in a timely manner.</li><li>Meeting set occupancy and revenue targets.</li><li>Advancing enquiries through the sales process and conducting show rounds.</li><li>Exceeding customer expectations and delivering a first-class customer experience.</li><li>Business development and networking.</li><li>Local marketing, including organising and managing events at the care home.</li><li>Building awareness of the care home and establishing links and partnerships in the local community.</li><li>Administrative duties, such as move in and contract paperwork.</li></ul><h3>What you will need</h3><ul><li>A flexible approach to the needs of our customers and an understanding of the issues that older people face.</li><li>A full UK driving licence.</li><li>A positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to meet targets and KPIs and deliver results.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Salary starting from £36,000 annually + Commission + Car allowance</li><li>Employee of the Month</li><li>Long term service awards</li><li>Blue Light Card</li><li>Professional Development</li><li>Refer a Friend</li></ul></div>
