The post Holder will be required to develop, design and manage schemes from inception/feasibility through to post project evaluation. The post holder should also possess the skills and ability for the day-to-day management of external multi-disciplinary consultancy teams from within the construction industry as required and making judgements on a wide range of complex estate issues, including design issues taking into account legislation and conflicting demands. The post holder will be expected to work on a wide range of Capital schemes from medium size to multi pound developments for the Health Board, additionally, there will be a requirement to assist other Capital Estate Design Officers in an advisory role. Main duties of the job To develop, plan and day to day management of Health Board Capital projects, liaising with contractors, stakeholders and suppliers in order to meet project requirements, budget limits and time frame deadlines.
