* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer stage
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring plans
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
* Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
* Providing market insights and salary benchmarking
* Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout
* Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
