About The Role
In your role as a Clinical Service Manager at HC-One, you'll value kindness above all. You will play a key role within the home, overseeing and assisting every aspect of nursing care and activities. You will be responsible for creating and updating individual care plans for residents and maintaining accurate medication records.
Drawing on your clinical experience, you will support, guide, and assist your team. Building strong relationships with community partners, you will help strengthen the HC-One brand and raise the care home's profile. As a Clinical Services Manager, you'll ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of staff rotas and may provide out-of-hours cover as needed.
HC-One seeks a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards and the NMC code of practice, and experience in person-led care planning within a care home. You should be willing to coach and support your team, providing both formal and informal training. A commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and ongoing professional development is essential.
