Wixams Academy is seeking a strategic, solution-focused SENCO to join our dynamic team and lead our SEND provision across a thriving 11–18 secondary school of 900 students, including 44 with EHCPs. You'll report directly to the Deputy Head (Academic) and benefit from a growing inclusion team, including an SEN Administrator, LSAs, and a newly appointed SENCO Assistant.
