Key Responsibilities (Training & Initial Support)
As a Graduate IT Trainee, you will initially focus on learning and supporting core business functions:
1. Foundational Training: Actively participate in all formal training sessions covering core programming languages, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud concepts.
2. Support & Troubleshooting: Assist senior engineers and consultants with basic technical support, ticket resolution, and documentation, learning escalation procedures.
