Join us as a Strategy & Innovation Manager
* We’re looking for a visionary Strategy and Innovation Manager to lead strategic design and implement transformative initiatives that redefine how we serve our customers and operate as a business.
* This is a high-impact role at the heart of strategic decision making, innovation delivery, and executive engagement
* You will be expected to be in the central London office 2 days per week
* We are looking to offer a salary in the region of £75,000 - £95,000
What you'll do
As a Strategy & Innovation Manager, you’ll be a catalyst for change driving strategic thinking, identifying disruptive opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. You’ll work across the full innovation lifecycle, from idea generation to execution, with direct exposure to senior leadership.
Additionally, you’ll be:
* Lead strategic projects and innovation initiatives from concept to delivery
* Develop long-term strategies aligned to business goals and market dynamics
* Build compelling commercial cases that balance customer experience with cost efficiency
* Identify and test breakthrough ideas that enhance customer and colleague experiences
* Influence executive decision-making through clear, data-driven insights
* Foster a culture of innovation and build internal capability across teams

You’ll also need:
* Proven experience in strategy development, product or change management
* Strong understanding of innovation in financial services
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* The ability to present complex information and ideas clearly to build understanding and support
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at senior levels
* Experience in customer-led design and agile deliver
* Exposure to scouting, partnerships, or start-up ecosystems is a plus
