SALT Learning Support Assistant - Primary Schools (Bristol) Full Time or Part Time Pay: £88.90 - £110 per day Monarch Education is currently recruiting dedicated SALT (Speech and Language Therapy) Learning Support Assistants to support primary-aged pupils across schools in the Bristol area. About the Role As a SALT Learning Support Assistant, you will: Work closely with pupils who require support with speech, language and communication development Deliver activities and interventions set by the school or external Speech and Language Therapists Provide 1:1 and small-group support Assist pupils in developing confidence, communication skills and engagement in the classroom Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and wider staff to ensure the best outcomes for learners We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience working with children, preferably in an SEN or SALT-related role Is enthusiastic, patient and supportive Has strong communication skills Is available for full-time or part-time opportunities Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children If you are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and want to make a real difference in Bristol primary schools, we would love to hear from you.
