We are looking for a professional and polished Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for all guests and colleagues, delivering a 5-star service and ensuring a warm, efficient, and secure welcome to the site. Key Responsibilities * Meet and greet visitors, ensuring smooth and timely check-in. * Communicate with internal teams via email/phone and support their requests. * Maintain accurate guest records and building knowledge. * Provide proactive visual checks of communal areas and report issues via the FM Helpdesk. * Support colleagues across the FM team and promote best practice. * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and security procedures at all times.
