Ecommerce Manager (Amazon Specialist)

A leading consumer safety technology business is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of its Amazon strategy and drive significant growth across a well-established product portfolio.
This position offers full ownership of the Amazon UK channel within a hybrid operating model. You'll be responsible for both shaping strategy and delivering hands-on execution to maximise performance, visibility, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and execute the Amazon UK strategy.
* Manage day-to-day account performance.
* Lead Amazon Advertising (PPC) strategy in collaboration with external partners, driving ROAS and conversion improvements
* Analyse performance metrics (sales, margin, ROAS, conversion, inventory) and turn insights into actionable growth plans
* Deliver regular reporting with clear recommendations and commercial insights
Skills & Experience
* 5–8 years' experience managing Amazon accounts, ideally within consumer goods or retail
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Proven track record managing Amazon Vendor Central and delivering measurable growth
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
* Mandarin language skills would be highly advantageous but not a necessity.
Location & Flexibility:
* Remote-based role within the UK
* Requirement to attend the Coventry office 1 day per week
