I have a client based in Brighton who is looking for a Service Desk Analyst who has experience with Customer Service, problem-solving, the ability to work independently and in a team, and has knowledge or interest in Technology and Higher Education on a permanent basis.
This role is perfect for someone looking to get started on their career path with technology and there are many avenues this role can grow and develop.
Our client is offering the successful Service Desk Analyst a salary of up to £26,000 based on experience.
This role is hybrid working and will become much more of a remote position, where the expectation will be to come into the office once a week. The office is in Brighton so you must be within commutable distance.
For the first few months we fully expect the role to be in the office much more during the probation period to help you learn the ropes of both the business and customers as quickly as possible.
