The role
includes responsibility for opening and closing the school, overseeing health and safety matters, and undertaking duties as outlined in the job description. The post requires an individual who can work on their own initiative, possesses practical skills to carry out maintenance tasks, and takes pride in their work.The caretaker will be expected to liaise effectively with management staff to ensure that necessary work is completed to support the smooth running of the school. Flexibility is essential, particularly in meeting the needs of the school during operational hours.
