Property Manager – RedditchLocation: Redditch, WorcestershireSalary: £28,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience) + bonusType: Full-Time, Permanent- Office basedAre you an experienced Property Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a confident, organised and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team in Redditch.About the Role:As Property Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring all aspects of management are handled efficiently and professionally. You'll be the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors – responsible for maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring properties are compliant, well-maintained, and occupied.Property Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of a residential/commercial property portfolio
* Providing a single point of contact for landlords and tenants
* Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections
* Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and health & safety standards
* Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, rent collection, service charges and arrears management
* Preparing tenancy paperwork
* Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
* Undertaking mid-term inspections
The Successful Property Manager applicant will have the following skills and experience:-
* Experience in block management, preparing budgets & end of year balancing charges/credits
* Strong knowledge of housing legislation and regulations
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in property management software, experience with Re-Leased would be a distinct advantage.
* A full UK driving licence.
