We’re looking for a driven and energetic Door-to-Door Sales Manager to build, inspire, and lead a team of motivated sales professionals. What We’re Looking For:
* Proven door-to-door sales or canvassing experience, with prior leadership experience.
* A track record of recruiting, training, and leading high-performing teams.
* Strong communication and people skills, confident, persuasive, and motivating.
* Self-starter mindset with the ability to consistently hit and exceed goals.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when homeowner engagement is highest.
* Physically able to walk 3–5 miles daily in the field with your team.
* Comfortable engaging homeowners, creating interest, and setting appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit, hire, and train a team of door-to-door sales representatives.
* Assign and oversee canvassing territories to maximize lead opportunities.
* Lead from the field coaching, motivating, and holding your team accountable.
* Drive appointment-setting activity and ensure lead quality.
* Train and enforce scripts, messaging, and proven sales techniques.
* Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
* Represent Total Remodeling at select events and shows, alongside your team.
* Build brand awareness by distributing marketing materials and engaging homeowners face-to-face.
