We are now looking for a Data and Business Support Coordinator to join us on a part-time, permanent basis, working 22.2 hours per week.

The Role
As a Data and Business Support Coordinator, you will provide high-quality data, administrative and organisational support across allocated regional services and projects.
Working alongside the Deputy Director and Operational Management team, you’ll take ownership of key administrative, reporting and data functions, ensuring everything from monitoring activity to financial processes is accurate, timely, and reliable.
You’ll also play a pivotal role in coordinating regional priorities, supporting recruitment processes, collating reports and documentation, and anticipating upcoming priorities to help ensure smooth service delivery and effective business operations.
Additionally, you will:
- Support regional activities as part of a virtual support team
- Fulfil business needs and capacity gaps
- Provide cover during absence
- Carry out admin and PA tasks for senior team members
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound queries
About You
To be considered as a Data and Business Support Coordinator, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience within an administrative or business support role
- Experience of maintaining financial systems, including credit card returns and invoice processing
- Experience collating statistical information and analysing data using a Case Recording System Database
- Experience interpreting and creating data reports in formats such as Excel, Sway or Power BI
- Experience with Co-pilot, Microsoft Forms, Sway, PowerPoint and similar tools
- Proficiency in Word for Windows, Excel, Access databases and systems such as Canva
- Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills
- The ability to manage health and safety systems within an office environment and ensure policy compliance
- Level 3 in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification
