TML Recruitment is partnered with a leading UK-wide property practice in their search for a Valuation Surveyor / Senior Associate level to be based out of their prestigious Liverpool offices.

The team currently comprises of 4 professionals. Its the ideal time to join a firm with a strong brand and respected reputation, yet within a team small enough for you to make a real impact and be highly visible.
The team manages a portfolio m ainly across Liverpool and North West as a whole and y ou will be responsible for Valuations across a vari ety of Commercial, Residential and Deve lopment assets. This is an ideal opportunity for someon e looking for their next step, taking own e rsh ip of a varied portfo lio, supporting ongoing and new inst ructions, whil st being part of a w ider, national team. The re will also be mentoring opport unities to support those at the beginning of their career.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Valua tion of a variety of c ommerc ial, re sidenti al, and de ve lopm ent assets
Th orough understanding of RICS St and ards
Undert akin g inspe ctions, research a nd wri ting of valuation r eports fo r a vari ety of different purposes i ncluding internal a sset purpos es, se cu red le nd ing, and p e n s ion purpos es.
Promo ting our services, generating new business and mai n ta in ing s trong wo rk ing relationships with cl ients
Supporting the team with fee proposals for new bus i nes s
Supporting ong oing and new instructio ns for colleague s and existing clients
M entoring jun ior members of the team
Build ing rela tionships across the nationa l valua tion team and wider s ervice lines
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED?
MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer (preferably)
Good knowledge of the local property markets
A full driving licence
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and within specific agreed fees.
Proficient in valuation and Microsoft office software
Willing to work in support of the wider team, whilst also taking responsibility for their own caseload.
