We’re now looking for an experienced Commercial Coordinator to join the Commercial Team. Working closely with the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in contract administration, maintaining accurate records, and helping the business manage risk and opportunity across its project portfolio. What’s On Offer * Salary up to £26,500 * 10% bonus scheme * 22 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service) * Pension scheme * Life assurance * Cash plan healthcare * Excellent opportunities for career development * Hybrid working The Role You’ll be a proactive member of the team, responsible for: * Providing admin support to the commercial team and board * Preparing and updating payment applications and certificates for clients and subcontractors * Managing contract documentation, NDAs, and change control * Handling client queries and keeping systems up to date * Liaising with finance to ensure accurate invoicing * Supporting commercial policies, procedures, and performance measurement * Driving operational excellence to minimise risk and maximise opportunities * Helping embed best commercial practice across the organisation About You You’ll already have experience in a commercial or contract support role and be ready to hit the ground running.
