Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs

Salary: £95 - £125 per day (PAYE, dependent on experience)
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking compassionate, reliable SEND Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEND school in Hillingdon, supporting pupils with a range of severe and complex learning needs.
This highly supportive school offers a safe, structured and nurturing environment, where pupils benefit from personalised learning, therapeutic support and consistent routines. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to help pupils access education, develop independence and feel valued every day.
The Role:
Support pupils with severe and complex learning needs across EYFS-KS4
Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding and hygiene routines
Assist with physical support, mobility and hoisting (training provided if required)
Deliver engaging, sensory-based learning activities
Promote communication, social skills and emotional wellbeing
Maintain a calm, consistent and encouraging classroom approach
About You:
Experience supporting pupils with complex needs, medical needs or SEND
Confident and comfortable providing personal care
Patient, nurturing and resilient with a positive attitude
Holds an Enhanced DBS (or is willing to apply)
