Your Role
Are you ready to lead the way in delivering Greater Manchesters strategic ambitions? Were looking for a dynamicProgramme Manager Strategic Performance Managementto drive forward high-impact performance management across programmes that support the delivery of the Greater Manchester Strategy and Devolution agenda.
This is a unique opportunity to work across GMCA directorates and with key partners, shaping how we track and improve performance across a wide range of policy areas. Youll lead on strategic alignment, performance tracking, and programme deliveryensuring decisions are driven by robust data and insight.
Youll be at the heart of Greater Manchesters transformation, working with senior leaders, government departments, and local authorities to deliver change that matters. About You
Youre a strategic thinker with a passion for public service and a track record of delivering powerful performance data across complex programmes. You bring strong programme management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
Were looking for someone who values integrity, inclusion, and continuous learning. Youll be politically astute, resilient, and committed to improving outcomes for Greater Manchesters residents. Youll also be confident working with data, managing risk, and driving performance.
