Graduate Engineering Training Programme (GETP)
* Duration: 24 months, featuring four 6-month rotations starting mid-September 2026
* Accreditation: IET accredited programme

* Development: Access mentorship, professional registration support, and specialized training.
* Gain Experience: Apply your skills within our electrical engineering teams and gain exposure to business areas like project management and quality.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: 2:1 degree in electrical/electronic engineering, systems engineering, communications engineering, robotic/mechatronic engineering or related fields.
* Skills: Passion for problem-solving in engineering and technology.
* Eligibility: Unrestricted, permanent work authorization for the UK (no visa sponsorship) and ability to achieve Security Cleared clearance level from UK Security Vetting.
* Deadline: 31st December (Applications reviewed as we receive them and the role may close early)
