CGC Event Caterers are currently recruiting for casual Hospitality and Bar Supervisors to work at one of our most iconic venues, Beverley Racecourse!
Situated in the heart of the beautiful, historic market town of Beverley, the racecourse has 19 race days a year from April to September alongside a number of conferencing and events throughout the year. We are seeking Hospitality and BarSupervisors to assist the Head of Food and Beverage with ensuring the smooth delivery of all events, and race days, lead the casual F&B team in your designated areas and ensuring the CGC Standards of Excellence are upheld at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Be able to manage and lead a diverse team
* To provide the highest level of customer service at all times
* To be flexible and be able to adapt quickly
* Setting up hospitality and barareas in preparation for the next race day/event
* Training of junior staff and assisting with the CGC Academy
* Complete the event close down/cash up
* Host briefings for staff on the day
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Minimum 2 year hospitality or bar supervisor experience
* Must be able to commute to and from Harrogate during unsociable hours
* Confident leading a team
Recruitment Process Outlined:
To be successful, you MUST be able to attend an Assessment Centre on the 19th June 2025 and attend a Training Induction on the 23rd June 2025.
