Hoddesdon – Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, 1 in 10 week on‑call rota.
Salary: GBP 45,000 – 55,000 per annum.

Role and Responsibilities
* Support all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site, covering facilities, site services, building services and production.
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs.
* Instrumentation calibration.
* Use of Maximo CMMS system.
* Deal with instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), power systems and PLCs.
* Work on boilers, chillers, reactors, pressure and telemetry systems, centrifuges, HVAC and gas systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Multi‑skilled engineering background – instrumentation, electrical and mechanical.
* Experience with facilities, site services and production equipment.
* Level 3 qualification or higher in engineering, preferably apprenticeship trained.
* Instrumentation calibration skills.
* Strong electrical and mechanical fault finding and diagnostics skills.
* Experience working to ATEX and GMP standards.
* Good computer skills – use of CMMS systems.
* Electrical fault finding in PLCs is advantageous.
