Mon to Fri, 09:00-17:30
Role Purpose
Responsible for ensuring orders are correct, with all relevant components present and all necessary content available before releasing orders to the floor. Completing all administration tasks using the provided tools, and compiling reports to assist with KPI reporting. Acting as a central point of communication between sales and config to ensure all relevant details are provided to reduce delays when orders reach the floor and improve the customer experience. Maximising configuration technician efficiency by completing all non‑configuration tasks.
What Success Looks Like
* All orders checked and passed to the floor without error or missing components.
* No administration tasks being completed by technicians.
* All orders flowing through config in a controlled way with visibility to all.
* Detailed reports filled in to enable accurate KPI reporting and to allow informed decisions to be made.
Role Responsibilities
* Checking through all complex orders, using provided tools.
* Review schedules.
* Work with leadership to provide realistic expected completion dates.
* Complete reporting tools.
* Enrolments.
* EU Config Tasks.
* Config administration tasks.
* Adhere to H'S procedures.
* Review SOPs.
* Involvement in CI projects.
* Additional duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a coordinator / administrative role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Good analytical skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Quality assurance experience would be desirable.
