Building Surveyor
Berkshire - 55k - 60k Annual GBP Full Time
Major loss adjusting practice seeks to strengthen its Building Consultancy Division through the appointment of an additional Surveyor.
Responsibilities
* Operate within the South Central region across Wiltshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.
* Join a team of Surveyors providing support and guidance to Domestic Major Loss, Agricultural and Third-Party Property Liability units for building losses arising from a mixture of perils such as fire, storm, flood, impact, etc.
* Work in a home–based capacity covering extensive areas in Central England, including postal areas SN, RG, OX and NN.
Qualifications
* MCIOB or MRICS qualified with experience working in insurance claims.
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary up to £60,000 with a direct personal fee‑related bonus. Additional benefits include: company car or car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days annual holiday.
