As an Employment Advisor, you will work with a caseload of customers to help them overcome employment barriers, providing vital support to transform their lives. You will motivate and empower individuals, helping them acquire skills and confidence for secure employment. Building strong relationships through encouragement, motivation, and challenge, you will also meet your performance targets.
Salary Range:
Non-London: £26,000 - £29,000
London: £28,600 - £32,600
Key Responsibilities
* Meet personal performance targets and KPIs
* Manage a caseload, preparing clients for interviews and job searches
* Conduct in-depth assessments to understand client circumstances and barriers
* Develop personalised SMART action plans with tailored interventions
* Utilise local specialist services to address specific issues (e.g., substance misuse, health, debt)
* Identify employer recruitment needs and conduct pre-screens/group assessments
* Create effective in-work support plans with participants and employers
* Participate in continuous improvement activities
* Ensure compliance with policies on data security, safeguarding, and health & safety
* Work from local hubs and outreach locations to increase accessibility
Qualifications & Skills

* Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Experience delivering services meeting contractual and quality standards
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Zoom, Google
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Ability to plan and organise workload effectively
* Experience in Welfare to Work sector, employability industry, or recruitment is desirable
