Please note: This role is contracted to 43 weeks per year.
We are currently recruiting a dedicated Manager to oversee operations at Chartwells on a part-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the contract efficiently to deliver consistent quality in food and beverage services
* Maintain positive client relationships
* Plan and coordinate resources for first-class service delivery
* Manage, recruit, develop, and train team members
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Meet financial targets, including budget management and cost control
Candidate Profile:
Our ideal Manager will have:
* Experience in contract catering
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Success in sales growth and client retention
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong leadership qualities to motivate and engage teams
* Ability to liaise effectively at all levels
* Focus on quality and results
* Compliance with policies and procedures
* IT literacy (MS Office, Email)
