SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT – HAYES

A welcoming primary school in Hayes is looking for a motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs in a positive and inclusive environment.
Your role will include:
• Supporting pupils individually and in small groups
• Assisting children with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
• Helping adapt lessons to suit individual learning needs
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored support
What we’re looking for:
✔ Experience working with SEN pupils or in a primary school setting
✔ Knowledge of inclusive learning strategies
✔ A patient, caring, and flexible approach
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
