Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills, contributing to the smooth operation of our organisation. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication abilities and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all tasks.
Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to Project teams and site teams.
· Maintain and organise project files, contracts, and compliance records.
· Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
· Assisting with data entry and updating databases
· Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients regarding documentation and queries.
· Update internal systems and ensure compliance with company procedures.
· Be first point of contact for visitors.
These are illustrative duties, and the job holder will be expected to be come involved in a range of work to enable the department to respond effectively to the requirements of the company.
Skills
· Previous administration experience in construction administration or a similar role
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
