The successful Exam Invigilator will play a key role in ensuring examinations are conducted in accordance with awarding body regulations and school procedures. You will help maintain a calm and controlled environment, ensuring fairness and compliance at all times.
Key Responsibilities of the Exam Invigilator:
* Supervising students during examinations.
* Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials.
* Ensuring exam conditions are maintained at all times.
* Supporting students with queries in line with exam regulations.
* Reporting any incidents, irregularities or breaches of exam conditions.
* Assisting with setting up and clearing exam venues.
The Ideal Exam Invigilator Will:
* Be reliable, punctual and professional.
* Have strong attention to detail.
* Be confident managing groups of students.
* Remain calm and vigilant in a formal setting.
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
* Have a fully checkable work history.
