Are you an experienced Health & Safety Manager ready to shape the future of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) in a dynamic, multi-site manufacturing and construction business? What You’ll Be Doing:
* Champion a culture of safety: “The Safe Way… or No Way”
* Lead EHS compliance across all operations
* Implement innovative safety initiatives and training
* Monitor legislation and ensure systems are audit-ready
* Conduct investigations and drive corrective actions
* Identify training needs and support the EHS team
* Collaborate across departments to embed safety
* Conduct daily site walkarounds to ensure H&S standards are being followed.
What You’ll Bring:
* A recognised third-level qualification in Health & Safety or Environmental Management.
* 3–5 years’ experience as a Health & Safety Manager or Health & Safety Officer in a manufacturing background
* Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 with proven audit experience.
* Confident leadership with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels.
* Tech-savvy, organised, and calm under pressure.
