Are you an organised, friendly, and proactive individual looking to take the next step in your administrative career? This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of our school office, providing vital support to staff, pupils, and parents alike in a vibrant and supportive school community. We are looking for a highly organised and approachable Office Administrator to join our friendly school office team on a part time or full time basis. In this varied and rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and pupils, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth day-to-day running of the front office. You will provide high-quality administrative support to staff and the senior leadership team, manage school communications, maintain accurate records using key systems such as Bromcom, ParentPay, and Microsoft Office, and play an active role in supporting pupil admissions, first aid, and general office duties.


Qualifications

* Office experience (in a school would be desirable but not essential)
* Strong admin and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
* Clear, professional communication
* Reliable, proactive, and discreet
* Friendly and welcoming manner
* Committed to safeguarding practices


About the School

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Floreat Montague Park Primary School, our cluster includes the following other schools: Wheatfield Primary School, Windmill Primary School and Frogmore Junior School. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across this cluster, to share expertise and experience, ensuring all children in our schools receive an excellent education and reach their potential. Salary and Contract

£20,346 (based on 36 hours)

Fixed term contract. Floreat Montague Park Primary School is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our welcoming team on a fixed term contract to help cover maternity leave.
