Responsibilities
* Offering advice and resolving customer queries, and following up with them
* Handling inbound & outbound queries via phone, email, live chat & social media
* Assist with queries, product information, order status and issue resolutions
* Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues
* Maintain customer records accurately
* Manage customer expectations – be honest, supportive and professional
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, or call centre
* Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
* Problem solving mindset with a proactive attitude
* Excellent listening skills and able to empathise with customers
* Good IT skills and highly organised
* A strong work ethic, with integrity, honesty and consistency
Salary
£25,000 to £27,000
