⚡ Senior National Account Manager – Health & Wellness Challenger Brand

Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + commission + share options


We’re partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing wellness drinks brands—zero sugar, full of natural goodness, and big on purpose. They’re already stocked in Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Ocado, Amazon, Whole Foods, and 900+ forecourts across the UK, with a big pipeline of innovation, a global footprint, and some heavyweight backing.


Now they’re looking for a commercially sharp Senior National Account Manager to help take their UK retail presence to the next level.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and growing key grocery retail accounts

Building JBPs, managing P&Ls and unlocking new retail distribution

Using data to drive decisions, from promotional planning to range optimisation

Managing one direct report (Business Development Manager)

Winning new business across multiple channels including retail and distributors

Leading the launch of NPD across new categories

Working closely with marketing and operations to deliver top-tier customer service

‍‍ Building and nurturing great buyer relationships across your accounts


What we’re looking for:

⚡ Grocery sales experience in FMCG (ideally with a mix of account growth and new biz wins)

⚡ Comfortable building and leading commercial plans independently

⚡ Data-savvy and confident presenting strategy to retailers

⚡ Proactive, ambitious, and keen to roll up your sleeves in a small, fast-paced team

⚡ Strong communicator who builds relationships easily (internally and externally)

⚡ Passion for wellness, challenger brands, and shaking up the drinks aisle
