Salary: GBP 35,000 – GBP 38,000+
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding bar service estate-wide, with a focus on our exciting new restaurant concept: executing both classic and signature drinks with flair and consistency.
* Support beverage service across all venues, from private dining and weddings to golf events and corporate functions.
* Contribute creatively to the development of drink menus and seasonal offerings across multiple outlets.
* Provide mobile or pop-up bar service for outdoor and off-site events, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and quality.
* Collaborate closely with event managers and front-of-house leaders to ensure seamless beverage service from planning through execution.
* Oversee stock levels, assist with cellar and beverage logistics, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all locations.
* Uphold exceptional standards of presentation, guest interaction, and hospitality at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
* Experienced in high-end bar service within restaurants, hotels, or event settings.
* Expert knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits, with a creative approach to menus and service.
* Flexible and adaptable: comfortable moving between fine dining, large-scale events, and bespoke off-site functions.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to read and delight guests.
* Professionally presented, organized, and proactive in supporting your team.
* Full UK driving licence preferred (for mobility across the estate and off-site events).
