Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Content & Communications Executive to help drive the continued growth of Proceive®. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll play a key part in delivering engaging, insight‑led content across social, email, PR and creator channels.
Reporting to the Content & Communications Manager, you’ll combine strong storytelling skills with commercial awareness, understanding what content resonates, where engagement is growing, and how to optimise performance across platforms. You’ll help bring the brand to life through compelling content and community interaction, working closely with internal teams, designers, creators and external partners to execute campaigns and communications that build visibility, trust and impact.
Location: This is a full‑time, remote role, based in the UK. Our head office is in Dublin, Ireland, so some travel to Dublin for meetings will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Coordination
* Support development and management of the content calendar with the Content & Communications Manager
* Assist with repurposing content across social, email and blog in a way that supports discoverability across search and AI‑led platforms
* Help ensure content tells a connected, joined‑up story across channels.
Social Content & Publishing
* Manage and publish content across social platforms in line with agreed strategies and calendars
* Brief images and video content, working closely with the Graphic Designer and creators
* Create in‑house social content when required, confident in social video editing and CapCut.
* Draft social copy in line with brand tone of voice
Community Management
* Support day‑to‑day community engagement across Instagram, TikTok and Reddit
* Respond to comments and messages in line with brand guidelines and escalation protocols
Email Marketing Support
* Coordinate email content in collaboration with the eCommerce team and Content & Communications Manager
* Repurpose blog and social content into email campaigns and newsletters
Creators, UGC & Influencer Support
* Support influencer and creator activity through day‑to‑day coordination andcommunication.
* Manage executional activity across micro‑creators, gifting and UGC programmes
* Coordinate briefing, content delivery, asset management and approvals in line with agreed strategy.
* Maintain creator trackers, timelines and performance inputs and budget management.
General Marketing Support
* Assist with event planning and on‑site event support
* Support PR initiatives and related marketing activities

What You’ll Need
* 1‑2 years experience in a similar role
* Strong creative instincts and experience using tools like Canva, CapCut or similar.
* Solid writing skills - blogs, emails and social captions should feel natural to you.
* Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo is a plus).
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
* Experience in FMCG, health, wellness or a consumer brand environment preferred.
