What You Will Do
* Collaborate with Trimble’s Sales Enablement team, product experts & sales leadership to create engaging training content for onboarding, product launches, and enablement.
* Lead onboarding check-in calls with new hires.
* Prepare new hires with skills needed for success.
* Develop content and training to accelerate ramp-up and increase sales.
* Contribute to team process development; assist with tool administration; optimize enablement tools and delivery.
* Ensure all materials adhere to product marketing and sales enablement standards.
* Manage content in learning/content management systems; handle event and ILT logistics.
* Provide basic admin and training for sales enablement tools.
What Skills, Knowledge & Experience You Should Bring
Tools and Technology
* Basic user administration and technical integration management skills.
* Proficiency in managing tasks with tools like Asana, Google Workplace.
* Basic video editing skills (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe).
Self-Management and Soft Skills
* Effective communication, proactive and clear.
* Problem-solving and time-management skills.
* Professionalism, discretion, good judgment.
* Initiative and responsibility.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Sales Enablement, Business, Adult Education, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
* Fluent English skills (written and spoken).

Location
This role can be remote, hybrid, or full-time in-office, preferably in the UK. Other European locations considered. Support teams near Paris and Leeds. Manager based in Colorado, USA.
