Overview
Thames Park School is looking to recruit Exam Invigilators to join our established team, assisting with both internal and external examinations for the Summer 2025 exam season and future seasons. This is a casual contract, paid on an hourly basis for the hours worked. Applicants must be available to work at agreed times between 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, on an ad hoc basis during examination periods.
Responsibilities
* Dissemination and collection of exam papers
* Ensure full compliance with exam conditions in the examination room
* Follow instructions from the Exams Officer
* Maintain appropriate conduct of school tests and examinations and support pupils to understand expectations and behave appropriately
Requirements / Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a methodical and organised manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
