Pay Rate: £14.00 per hourContract Type: Temporary to PermanentACS Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a White Inspector on behalf of our prestigious client, a well-established ceramics manufacturing company based in Corby. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment and offers a genuine opportunity for a temporary position to become permanent. Main Responsibilities
* Inspect ceramic components for defects using a blue dipping solution to highlight imperfections
* Identify faults accurately and determine the appropriate repair work required
* Perform remedial work using paste and hand tools such as sandpaper, brushes, and picks
* Ensure all finished products meet the required quality standards
* Work carefully and consistently within a dusty manufacturing environment
* Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures
Requirements
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
* Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
* Comfortable working in dusty conditions
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Reliable, committed, and able to demonstrate a strong work ethic
