As Software Test Manager, reporting to the Head of Software, you'll work with stakeholders to develop and implement testing strategies supporting software delivery to meet customer requirements. You'll oversee all software testing activities, contribute to integration and acceptance testing, participate in agile ceremonies, and prepare test documentation. You will also line manage the software test team and manage test resources across projects.
This role is based at our sites in Barnstaple, Bristol, or Beckington, with flexible working arrangements and necessary onsite presence.
The salary is up to £70k, depending on experience.

Role Responsibilities
* Define and implement software testing and QA strategies
* Manage test documentation and activities
* Lead and support the test team, including resource planning and mentoring

* Provide project testing guidance and metrics
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, including test automation
