Job: Project Controls Manager
Location: Havant Thicket Reservoir
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + 10% Pension

Responsibilities
* Provide project controls insight to support strategic and operational decision‑making
* Produce and manage monthly reporting, dashboards and performance updates for senior management and stakeholders
* Monitor project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM), KPIs, and data‑driven dashboards
* Support senior leadership meetings, project reviews and performance discussions
* Assist in managing and structuring project scope changes in line with contract requirements
* Coordinate project risk management activities, including identification, assessment, mitigation and tracking
* Develop and maintain project structures, reporting frameworks and organisational maps
* Work closely with Project Planners to maintain and update project programmes
* Contribute to continuous improvement of project controls systems, tools and processes
Job Requirements
* Degree qualified in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or similar
* Experience working on large, complex construction or infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of project planning, reporting and controls methodologies
* Experience with Design & Build (D&B) projects
* Knowledge of NEC contracts and change management processes (advantageous)
* Proficient in Excel (including queries) and Power BI for reporting and data analysis
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
* Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM/information management systems
* CSCS Card (Manager or Academically Qualified)
* Full UK Driving Licence
