What is the job role?
Responsibilities:
1. The Supervision & Co-ordination of Site Service Team
2. Co-ordination and monitoring of the site repairs and maintenance program.
3. To assist with setting and monitoring of professional standards with the work of the Site Service Team.
4. Site Operations,Maintenance & security
5. Cleaning & Facilities Support
6. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, including cover during periods of absence
7. Coordinate and Monitor Health & Safety issues relating to the Site Services Team and the premises.
8. To have due regard for health and safety.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dependable team player with outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage maintenance and repair tasks efficiently. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves responding to the dynamic needs of a busy school environment. Experience in supervising a team of cleaners is desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and uphold the highest standards in site presentation and cleanliness. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations, along with the ability to ensure full compliance across the site, is essential. Experience of working in a school environment would be desirable but not essential.
