Responsibilities
The Senior Culture and Organisational Development Consultant is responsible for implementing the Restorative, Just and Learning Culture OD and education strategy for UHT. Supported by the Culture and OD Practitioner and the wider Leadership and OD team, the role provides expert training, guidance and coaching to colleagues from mixed professional backgrounds at all levels of the organisational structure.
The post holder is overall responsible for the Culture and OD Practitioner (B7) and the aligned Leadership and Improvement Facilitator (B6), and manages the Group‑wide department in support of the Group Head of Leadership and OD and other Senior Partners.
Acting as one of three key liaisons within UHT for culture development and OD, the consultant works with external partners, learning providers and key stakeholders to deliver local priorities for the Group.
The role leads on specific elements of the Group’s internal OD consultancy provision, offering subject‑matter expertise around cultural development through an OD lens.
The consultant records, analyses and reports metrics (qualitative and quantitative) around all matters related to service delivery and impact, both internally and externally as required.
