Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from existing suitably experienced and qualified Firefighters and Crew Managers. Eligible applicants will need to meet the following criteria as a minimum:
7. Be a competent Firefighter or Crew Manager
8. If applying for a promotion have been successful in the Crew Manager promotion board.
9. Have been successful at all elements of the Leading Others assessment centre
10. Have no outstanding performance of discipline issues including live sanctions.
11. Discussed the opportunity with your Line Manager.
Desirable qualifications for the role:
12. Breathing Apparatus Instructor (BAI)
13. Compartment Fire Behaviour Training Instructor (CFBTI)
14. Adult Education Trainer (AET) or equivalent
15. Positive Pressure Ventilation Instructor (PPVI)
