* Greet our guests with a warm welcome.
* Be knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and services.
* Share your knowledge of the area and suggest suitable places for guests to visit while staying.
* Assist guests with errands and arrange special requests.
* Act as the main point of contact for our guests throughout their stay, providing outstanding customer service.
* Promptly and courteously address inquiries, requests, and concerns of our guests.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
