Requirements
Essential:
* Significant experience in School Business Management or a senior operational leadership role within education.
* Strong financial management skills, including budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Experience overseeing HR, compliance, contracts, and facilities management.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach to leadership.
