Sales + Business Development | Relationship Builder
(20 - 30 hours a week)

We’re looking for someone with a bubbly, positive personality who enjoys building connections and fostering community. As a key driver of our club's success, you will play a critical role in achieving our member acquisition goals and maintaining strong relationships with current members. You should be someone who genuinely cares about creating value and making a positive impact on the lives of those in our community.
Responsibilities
* Convert prospects and manage sales pipelines by conducting engaging calls with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
* Work alongside the Founder to develop marketing strategies and outreach plans to attract ideal members.
* Ensure all leads are contacted within 24 hours, address objections, and provide feedback to the team to enhance the Club's offerings.
* Meet weekly and monthly member acquisition targets, updating CRM and tracker to build sales pipelines.
* Business Development:
* Collaborate with the team to discover new revenue streams, business opportunities, and expand Fiena’s impact in London.
