Responsibilities

* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
* Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory effectively.
* Monitor food preparation processes to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
* Manage kitchen budgets, including food costs and labour expenses, while maximising profitability.
* Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.

* Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen setting.
* Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
* Extensive culinary experience with a deep understanding of various cooking methods and cuisines.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
