Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an established planning consultancy in their search for a Town Planner / Senior Town Planner to join their growing team in Stratford-upon-Avon. The Role
As a Town Planner / Senior Town Planner, you will:
Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications and appeals.
Undertake planning appraisals, research, and policy reviews.
Provide professional planning advice to clients and stakeholders.
Manage projects from inception through to determination, working collaboratively with colleagues.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded planning professional with:
A relevant degree in Town Planning or related subject.
MRTPI status (or working towards).
Strong understanding of the UK planning system.
Excellent written, verbal, and report-writing skills.
Experience working within a consultancy or local authority environment.
