Location: United Kingdom – Remote with some travel

Reports To: Head of Partnerships and New Business
 
Role Overview: 
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy New Business Executive to drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within White Label Services. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, promoting innovative solutions, and building strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone passionate about IT and Service Delivery, with a strong commercial mind set and a proven ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 * Identify and engage with potential clients across multiple industries with a focus on IT Solutions (e.g., White label service, cloud services, Software, cybersecurity, AI, SOC and NOC). 
 * Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends and opportunities. 
 * Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, and digital channels. 
 * Maintain accurate records of all opportunities, meetings, discussions and deals are logged and monitored on CRM (Opportunities on Autotask). Providing regular pipeline updates. 
 * Deliver tailored presentations and demos that showcase the value of our tech solutions alongside the Head of Partnerships. 
 * Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align messaging and strategy. 
 * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. A key focus will be expansion into the US market, so this may include some meetings in the evening to help forward prospects (hours are flexible to meet this need)
 * Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads. 
 
Required Skills & Experience: 
 * 2+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the IT industry. 
 * Strong understanding of technology products and services. 
 * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
 * Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Autotask, HubSpot, Salesforce). 
 * Ability to understand client pain points and map them to tech solutions. 
 * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. 
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
 * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field or proven experience in Sales of 2+ years. 
 * Familiarity with SaaS sales models and subscription-based services. 
 * Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.
