to recruit a
WMS Software Sales Specialist
. This role focuses on selling a best-in-class Warehouse Management System (WMS) to clients across
retail
,
manufacturing
,
3PL
and
distribution
sectors. You will identify opportunities, run tailored demonstrations, develop commercial proposals, and close business while partnering with solution architects and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities:
* Generate and manage a pipeline of WMS software opportunities.
* Conduct needs analysis, deliver product demos, and build tailored proposals.
* Lead commercial negotiations and close software licences and implementation contracts.
* Coordinate with technical teams to ensure feasible, scoping-complete proposals.
* Maintain CRM records, forecast sales, and meet/exceed targets.
* Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and customer challenges.
Candidate profile:
* 3–5+ years in enterprise software sales — WMS, TMS, ERP, or supply chain solutions ideal.
* Solid understanding of warehouse processes (picking, replenishment, inbound/outbound, automation).
* Strong consultative selling, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working with channel partners or integrators is advantageous.
* Comfortable working globally and cross-functionally (pre-sales, implementation, account teams).
